Operations Support Coordinator

The Operations Support Coordinator (OSC) will be responsible for organizing technical aspects of the company's initiatives. With a focus on our POS and Jolt system maintenance, the OSC will ensure implementation of initiatives. This person will work closely with each department and management teams to ensure we identify training needs within each restaurant level position. They will use resources and help to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure restaurant teams are setup for success. This person must embody Rosa Mexicano culture, be a true brand ambassador, and offer hospitality first support.

Responsibilities 

·       Maintain Toast, our POS system to support daily restaurant operations  

·       Collaborate with company leadership to implement menu changes, promotions, pricing, and updates in the POS 

·       Schedule and execute POS tests for new initiatives 

·       Work with teams to support routing across all locations 

·       First stop for Operators to troubleshoot and resolve POS system errors 

·       Create and manage reports and data exports to support sales analysis and inventory management 

·       Track additional company reporting as needed 

·       Maintain Jolt, our Operating System for all Food & Beverage needs 

·       Track and maintain Jolt compliance 

·       Prepare any SOP’s or training materials prior to a system update 

·       Build and execute Management and Hourly training plans when needed 

·       Conduct training classes in the restaurant when needed, these can include on-the-job systems training, or sourcing additional e-learning training 

Requirements 

·       1-2 years restaurant operations experience 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

·       Time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines 

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
