The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing Rosa Mexicano's national and local marketing brand strategies that include identifying/establishing relationships with local influencers via site visits, print, web, email social medial, networking events, collaborate with local management on LSM plans, coordinate culinary PR events.
Work with Operations/Sales to create and implement programs that drive traffic and sales revenue. Manage social media and enhance brand awareness.
Develop, design and submit content for all digital marketing (RM website, email, social, other), etc. Create and provide localized marketing materials. Ensure all elements of the guest experience and perception of Rosa Mexicano are reflected in external and internal areas including management of key guest communications pieces, programming, events and partnerships
Manage and work with external resources, i.e., creative agencies to develop and oversee advertisements (print and online), produce photo and video shoots of the restaurant/food/beverage programs, and design printed collateral to support sales efforts and guest needs.
Analyze marketing data/feedback on social media platforms, i.e., Venga, etc., and make recommendations on how to improve scores, etc.
